A very important question, this is where your research will come into play. You should know about their history, company goals and vision, products, the clients, annual turnover, company operations.
While explaining why you want to work with them, first make them understand that you’ll make your contributions to organizational objectives and would love to face and solve the problems the company is having.
Don’t just boast about yourself while answering this. Instead just share some past incidents where you have overcome hurdles for your employer and how the same can be applied in this current profile.
Be specific on this one, do not fumble. Give a confident and positive reply and tell them they should hire you because of your experience, skills, capabilities and domain knowledge.
A very crisp answer would be – as soon as the training and orientation has been done and after you’ve got a concise time for settling down and knowing the working environment.
This turns out to be a tricky question but you can say you will work as long as you’re growing and contributing to both personal and professional goals.
You can either create a suitable answer or you may even tell the truth. For example, you can say that you want to relocate with higher income, or its time to move on and do something new and challenging, the job profile of this company interests you.
Simple yet effective answer would be that the new job will bring new challenges and fulfillment which will provide more benefits than what the earlier position provided you.
You may give your honest thoughts here. An ideal working atmosphere is where employees are treated as equals, and where they can build up their skills and grow.
