Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in meetings and demonstrate understanding of projects, goals, and expectations
Collaborate with the preconstruction team and provide conceptual design
Use industry software such as AutoCAD/Revit software as well as rough sketches and notes to accurately produce the final graphic presentations, including conceptual renderings for owner's review.
Working knowledge of multiple Architectural styles, follow the owners instruction on design requirement.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit documentation preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must keep in touch with owner every step of the way.
Self-directed and can work independently and follow owner's instruction/design needs.
Must have FLORIDA ISSUED ID OR DRIVERS LICENSE TO ATTEND MEETINGS AT THIS JOBSITE.
High attention to detail, also need to have strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and MS Operating system with intermediate or better proficiency.
