Project Coordinator or Manager

Avista Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator or Project Manager for their Vadodara office. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the job profile for their Vadodara Office. It is a full-time position on currently work from home basis. If required, the candidate will have to attend office.

Understand client requirements or project scope, project analysis, distribution, and monitoring project progress.
Evaluate potential problems and technical problems and develop solutions in line with project managers and management.
To generate and maintain various planning, documents, contracts, and other materials associated with the projects.
Work with the clients, management and share reports and status of the project as  required.
Facilitate team meetings when appropriate.
Coordinating & Assigning jobs to the concerned developers for the proper execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Maintaining weekly, fortnightly and monthly project reports.
Implement cost-saving measures for the projects in liaison with the management.
 
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC), Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent Knowledge of Website Development.
Experienced in Client Correspondence and sales operations.
Excellent organizational, people and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills and people management skills.
Excellence in English communication.
 
Education:  B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MSc IT/MSc/ IT Graduate/Graduation in any stream
